In early 2024, I was approached by the mother of the bride, a close colleague, during a figurative chat-around-the-water-cooler. She saw that I could shoot and edit videos and asked if I’d be willing to try out a wedding. I umm’d and ahh’d, but eventually landed on a “probably!”.

To be honest, I’d never even been to a wedding before, but, I took on the challenge, stressed out for a little bit, and everyone involved is stoked with the result.

There were certainly things I learned, things I’d do differently next time, and efficiencies to be made, but overall, a crisp thumbs up. 👍
